Magic Magazines

The last week or so has been extremely busy for us here at the Alakazam. We have recently filmed one of the rising stars of British close-up magic James Brown whose unique and versatile performing style will be featured on a future DVD release, available from us. Those that witnessed the performances he gave to laypeople whilst filming can testify to the strength of the material performed and, as the DVD will show, how well it was received. I have noticed recently how much fantastic material and ideas can be found in the magic magazines that are currently available. MAGIC, GENNI and more recently MAGICSEEN offer so much information to magicians of any level. It surprises me how many people that do not know of the wealth of material that is being left un-discovered within the pages of these magazines. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for that novel twist on an old routine, new sleight or just general updates on the world of magic will find it in those periodicals.
