Question: Hi there, i bought this product a while ago and it has broken as in the elastic and I have nooo idea how to connect the brocken bit to the bottom bit if that makes any sense? I have a spare elastic but not sure how to reconnect it? thanks!
Answer: You need to pop the small piece of coin left in the shell. Clean it, then re-band it and glue it in place. We can get them rebanded for a small charge if you wish.
