Order your items on-line with the safety of our 128bit security; just click on any of the menu items to the left and you will be taken to the first page of that section. Find the item you want (you can use the Search button above if you know what you want) and just click the "Buy Now button".
Alternatively by post - just send your details, a list of items required, a cheque or an international money/postal order (in pounds sterling only) for the full amount of the items you require, plus the appropriate delivery charge (see below for further details). Making a purchase with Alakazam Magic Ltd could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy, adding them to your shopping cart. Please note that all prices are shown in British pounds sterling. After you have finished your selection, click on ORDER and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that in the case of backordered items, they are not charged additional postage when they ship.

* In the event of loss of a first class parcel, Alakazam Magic Ltd cannot be held responsible and will not resend or replace a lost item. Please be aware that Royal Mail First Class delivery states on their website that they aim to deliver first class items by the next working day (if sent early morning post) but in our experience it can take up to as much as ten working days depending on location and season. Please also be aware that our posting time on a standard weekday is 3:30pm GMT. We do not send out orders on weekends, public holidays or unless otherwise stated on the website. If a first class package is lost or undelivered the customer can request Alakazam Magic to put a trace on the item but this can take up to four weeks before processing begins.
** Alakazam Magic Ltd will use Royal Mail Next Day Delivery or a preferred courier service depending on your location and size of parcel. The shipping department will make the decision as to which method to use at time of dispatch unless the customer makes a specific request via telephone. Next day delivery is the preferred shipping option and it shall be automatically added to all orders made via the telephone unless otherwise requested by the customer. If the customer chooses not to take this option then Alakazam Magic Ltd cannot be held responsible if there is delay or loss on a first class package and the company accepts no liability for loss or holds the responsibility to replace lost packages free of charge. DISCLAIMER: In the exceptionally rare case that next day delivery is been delayed, in such cases, Alakazam Magic Ltd may refund the charges depending on the circumstances. This decision is at the discretion of the management. Due to the fact that even though these services state next day, Alakazam Magic Ltd do not guarantee this fact, that guarantee is held by the shipping company as the actual delivery of this item is out of our hands once it has left the warehouse. This happens on extremely rare cases and Alakazam Magic Ltd recommend the Next Day Delivery option on all orders.

We dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed where possible, with the exception of weekends. If you want to guarantee your order gets dispatched the same day then please ensure that you place your order by 3:00pm GMT at the latest if ordering online and by 3:30pm GMT if ordering via telephone.
Declined Orders
If your credit or debit card is declined when processing your order we will email you immediately with notification. If we do not hear from you with in period of up to two days, your order will be automatically deleted from our database and you will need to reorder. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Returns Policy
Alakazam Magic Ltd aim to guarantee your satisfaction in all cases but please be fully aware of the following returns policy before making a purchase. When you purchase a magic product you are buying a secret as well as a prop in many cases. Alakazam Magic Ltd will only exchange items that are FAULTY and not for any other reason. In the case of faulty items, upon receipt of the item, Alakazam Magic Ltd will issue a straight swap for another unit of the same product that will be checked by our staff before dispatch. Alakazam Magic Ltd will only exchange faulty DVD’s for a working copy of the same title; titles cannot be exchange for alternatives. Books cannot be returned if the shrink-wrap has been opened and will only be exchanged in cases of damage in transit for an undamaged duplicate title. We will only accept returns once agreed through correspondence with the customer and Alakazam Magic Ltd reserves the right to refuse an exchange if they deem that a product is damaged through extensive use as opposed to a manufacturing defect. In extreme cases where a duplicate exchange may not be possible, then a store credit will be offered. This is agreed through liaisons between Alakazam Magic Ltd and the customer.
If you try to return an item that is not FAULTY and simply because it is “not what you thought it was” or “does not fit your style” then Alakazam Magic Ltd do not deem this appropriate grounds for exchange and reserve the right to refuse the return and will simply return the item to you if no correspondence or agreement has been made prior to Alakazam Magic Ltd taking receipt of the return.
